I have had some interesting clients over the years. Infact I should probably take notes for a book I can write when I retire. Some of the experiences were great, some were funny, and some were horrible.I guess it is all part of the job, and I would not trade it for anything. In fact Active Rain makes some of those horrible days much better. I love reading other Agents experiences and stories. I also know that what comes around goes around. So when you have a rotten day, just remember that you are now in the running for a great day!
For all of you needing to hear about a bad day, here is my husband Dan's last Saturday.
Wake up late to take the girls to their soccer game.
Miss breakfast ( Dan lives for biscuits and gravy)
Need to fill up the empty truck tank.
Find Megan's game.check
Get lost finding Sarah's game.
Deal with tendinitis through out the day.
The coach won't answer his cell. (he forgot to charge it)
Go back with Sarah to watch Megan's game, in the pouring rain- uncovered. The umbrellas are in the wife's car.
Megan starts a brawl on the soccer field before Dan gets there. She is aggressively blocking another player who then starts elbowing and is thrown out by the ref. This enrages the parent who begins yelling at the Ref, parent and players start physically fighting.Megan's Coach is proud.
Megan tells her Dad when he arrives, but leaves a lot of important details out. Her father is now horrified until the coach give him the whole story.
Go home, but get pulled over for talking on your cell phone, out of date tabs, and no proof of insurance.( we have insurance, he just could not find the new card)
Still hungry.
Go to DMV to buy tabs, They will not take credit cards. They have an ATM, but Dan does not know the pin.Dinah Does, but she has no cell service where she is showing property.
The rude lady at the DMV begrudgingly gives him temporary tabs until Monday. She makes it clear that Dan is BAD!
Finally getting home to a hot dinner, the game, and a beer...Priceless.
Don't you think Dan is in line for a good day, if what goes around comes around.
