Another listing service to promote your listings online.

The folks at realbird added a comment to my post about listing services today. I had written about all of the options Realtors have to promote their listings and missed a big one. Realbird offers a lot of options and one stop shopping for those wanting to push your listing to the web.

Outer Banks Real Estate has a writeup about realbird and another listing site I was not aware of - Vast that they offer as a link. Vast has quite a few local Outer Banks listings already.

With a price of $89 per year for unlimited listings, it is certainly affordable and a huge time saver. Services like these can set you apart from the competition and might be the deciding factor when competing for a listing.
