Westchester County Real Estate, Yorktown Heights 10598 Inventory in Yorktown Heights went down again for the third straight week!!!

 16 Single family homes left the market this week. 3 actually closed, 3 went into contact and 5 expired.

There were only 11 new home that came on the market plus 2 re-list.

This means the inventory in Yorktown Heights went down again for the third straight week. If this hold steady we should have a pretty good fall market. Along with the low interest rates we still have home prices are going to be holding steady and will most likely go up slightly in the spring.
