Have you ever had to send a large contract with many pages to a client that only has dial-up? Then why not use 7 zip to compress the file and decrease the pain your client has to go through while waiting for that contract to download???  Here is a link for this FREE tool enjoy.

Christina,  I usually convert everthing to a PDF and I TRY to make sure that it keeps the file fairly small but there are those times when that doesn't work (like when you have tons of pages) so I will keep this in mind.

Marchel- I use the PDF as well but my hubby thought this might work for some folks.  Zip forms has the PDF option and its so nice and easy.
