Common MLS ABBREVIATIONS in WILLIAMSBURG

Yvette, that is great information to share!  I try to limit the abbreviations I use in the public remarks section of our MLS.  I think it's just too confusing to the average consumer who is not working with it daily. What am I saying??? It can be confusing for all of us.  Your abbreviations in VA are different than ours in GA.

Good information for those in your area. I am willing to bet there have been plenty of people looking at the abbreviations and scratching their head trying to figure them out.

How smart are you to share this info with your consumers.  I am sure I don't know what half of them mean.  Interesting that some of the abbreviations are local. 

Yvette - I too have a hard enough time keeping up with the new field they add in our MLS and what all of the abbreviations mean.  Imagine what it must look like to the buyers out there?

Thank you for the email earlier.  I just returned from vacation Saturday morning so I know the feeling.  That is a nice list.  I have a few abbreviations I have not known so it will come in handy.
