Everyone is under the assumption that now isn't a good time to buy or sell Real Estate. I beg to differ. Interest rates have stayed stable. The inventory is starting to decrease which means less homes for buyers to choose from. I think that now is the perfect time to buy or sell. Buyers are still in the driver's seat when it comes to Real Estate. Great bargains are out there as Home Sellers are pricing their homes where they should be. With the election coming up in November I feel that interest rates are going to stay put. Foreclosures have hit the bottom and now it's all uphill. Ohio is a great place to live with lots to offer. I just started to bike seriously. There are so many wonderful trails in Northeast Ohio and with the beautiful changing seasons and the great scenic trails what more could you ask for.
