Finding an Inspector

By
Real Estate Agent with CondoDomain.com

Yesterday I posted that I needed to find an inspector in Broward County. Two my surprise I only got two comments. One was from Vickie Arcuri and from Earl Johnson from Gulf Atlantic funding.

Thanks to both of you. I passed it along to my client and let them made the decision on who to use.

We need to someone get some broward county inspectors here on the Rain. I know that there are plenty out there. I am going to have to pick up the phone and get chatting with some of them. Maybe even the one my clients decides to go with.

So I will be on a mission to get some inspectors going here.

Wish me luck!

Jeanette:

Because of the potential for conflict of interest claims, we suggest that our clients google "Real Estate Home Inspectors".

We recommend that they select one that is bonded and insured.

Jeanette, it's important to give your clients a choice of home inspectors.  I generally do this by giving them a list of home inspectors they can use and recommend that they either go to each ones web site or contact them directly.  Every now and they they will ask if I've had any experience with any of them and I will speak with them about inspectors I've used in the past.  However, the final decision on the service that will be used is theirs.

Corie I was hoping to be able to give the numbers from inspectors here on the Rain and make them decide on who to go with.
