Alright Ronnie, I am game.....let's see. Ok, here is my comment as to why I need this service.

I run a real estate brokerage that was founded by the same guys that founded ActiveRain. For the first two years of our real estate company I had Matt and James and Jonathan by my side full time. For the last 10 months I have been flying mostly on my own on the real estate side of things while those guys have spent the majority of their time developing this great network for agents to be able to benefit from.

If you've spent any amount of time around this place, you probably have a pretty good idea that the programmers (of which matt and james are two) know their way around SEO. Up until 10 months ago, we had that expertise dedicated to our real estate website. Since the launch of ActiveRain.com, our website has not gotten the hands on attention it once got. (well at least not from the likes of James and Matt)

Now please, do not get me wrong, I have gotten along just fine without my collegues (is that spelled right?, it's getting very late) but the 75 agents in our office are really that ones that are suffering. Their listings could be getting SOOO much more exposure, and I'm sure RealBird could help with that.

I'll be waiting for your email on Saturday.........haha. Take care Ronnie

Bob

(edited) P.S. Do I qualify all the way out here in Washington? After going back and reading your profile, I see that you are a mortgage officer, so now I'm curious as to your assocation with RealBird.........maybe I can investigate further.....)

Sign me up (for free of course)!  I own a one person brokerage in rural Minnesota, and am paying for competing with the big box companies through the area.  Although I have been increasing my web presence for the past year, I sure could use the exposure without one more advertising expense!  My clients are always shocked to see how much I use technology, this addition could really wow them!

I don't own a brokerage firm, nor do I have a huge advertising budget. What I am is a struggling newbie in the business, working by buns off and trying to get my name out there. I just invested literally my entire bank account into this website and I am spent/broke, I am not getting as much leads as I anticipated. This would allow me a competitive edge and increase my fighting chance for making an impact in my local market.

You know that exposer is critical at this stage of my career and since I no longer have a marketing budget, A free membership to RealBird would be a blessing in so many ways..

 Thanks!

A "Real Bird" in the Hand is far better than 2 in the bush!

Why wouldn't anyone see the benefits of RealBird® ?  It is all about having the competitive edge! Flyers are an important tool Realtors use to promo their listings. Client benefits such as Hot Spots, GSI, Mapping, RSS, Map based IDX on 15 MLS Markets, Real Estate Videos, wiki on Inman News, Over 8000 members!  Would certainly give any agent a competitive edge in marketing homes particially in a tougher market. We need all the quality tools we can get to be good at what we do. It is a win/win for both the agent and the client!  Thanks Rainbird!

Why do I need Realbird? I am a new full time Real Estate Agent in a company of 30 other agents competing in a market of 700 agents. I believe that with the exposure Realbird is offering I can become one of the top producing agents in my area. Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,

Laura Reed

It's Friday the 13th! Do you know where your listings are distributed? Sellers expect you to be on top of your marketing game, buyers know you are with Realbird!

Friday the 13th - People are scared of my hockey mask, and the cold weather in Kenosha is getting to me.

With extra revenue I generate from Realbird I can afford a facial (so I can loose the mask) and a trip to Myrtle Beach, where I can have my favorite mortgage guy Ronnie Roach come down and buy him dinner.

How's that for a shameless bribe/attempt?

Hi Ronnie,

Sorry I just missed the contest, but I don't think RealBird provides service to my area.  It looks like a phenomenal tool!
