Selling Your Vacant Land. What is your competition doing?
Well not very much. There presently is 300 pieces of Vacant Land for sale with Board of Health Approval. In the last year there were only 33 sales of property offered with Board of Heath Approval.
The available lots in Westchester County total 192 and the ones in Putnam County total 108. The 33 sales were divided up, 19 in Westchester County and 14 in Putnam County.
There is a real problem with Vacant Land Pricing in Westchester and Putnam County. Vacant Land owners seem to think they own GOLD or PLATINUM instead of just DIRT. Some of the prices we have seen a almost double the real market value.
Until sellers come back to earth there will not be very many Vacant Land Sales in Westchester or Putnam Counties.
