We have a couple of UNIQUE FEATURES on The Leo Windham Agency website!  One is the FULL SCREEN PROPERTY SEARCH that I wrote about before, and the other is FREE PODCASTS!  I actually got an e-mail from one of our neighbors with the podcast link to Leo.  This link was making the rounds in Columbia, out to Chapin, and no telling where else.  Leo said that our site gets a ton of activity.  'Viral Marketing' I think it's called, but that seems like kind of a dirty word for it.  Oh well, I guess advertising has been called worse things.

It's just not fair.  Leo Windham, our Broker-In-Charge has spent a lifetime in radio, most of it in the Columbia, SC area and when you search for him on Google it shows!  Type in Leo and you get about 618,000 hits, or whatever it is they're called.  That about half as many as Leo Tolstoy gets, which is incredible.

I suppose it doesn't hurt that Leo's brother Woody (the other Windham brother) is still on the air on Magic 98.5 in Columbia, which is a great oldies (60's 70's 80's) station with some beach music thrown in for good measure.  Dang it, Woody beats my numbers, too.

The Woody With The Goodies Morning Show web page.  You can also listen to the station live, which I do a lot, and even before my time with Leo.  I sure hope this works, because they have listeners all over the world, and I'd like for you to hear them!  Listen to WOMG Live!  Listen for a while and you will get a feel for the city and area.

Type in Charlie in the Google search and you get, "Charlie Who?"  Not exactly 'Google Juice' is it?  Well it's not quite that bad, but just suffice it to say I'm about 4,000,000 behind Charlie Sheen and, guess who's the most popular Charlie?  Charlie Brown with about 7,500,000.  (PS Don't hold me to these numbers exactly, please.")  (PSS I may change my last name to Brown.)

So, you can begin to see why I'm with Leo!  By the way in another life I was a D.J.... from about the time I was about 18 until I was about 31.  That was way before the web, way before cd's, way before cell phones, even before VCR's!  About the time all those oldies were new!  I finally had decided that I had had enough of working weekends and holidays so I went back to school and got into banking.  Now I'm in real estate, and working weekends and holidays.  Something went wrong here.
