The Freedom Center is not just for George Mason University students. In the Manassas area, the Freedom Center at George Mason University has become the work out destination of choice for many residents. It is convenient to Manassas, Bristow, Nokevsille and Gainesville.
With everything you would want in a gym, there is little need to look any further. The Freedom Center offers an indoor track, basketball, aerobics, yoga, raquetball, strength training and cardiovascular equipment.

My favorite feature of the Freedom Center is their expansive indoor pools. Lanes are always available if you want to swim laps. Or if you prefer a water aerobics class, they offer those as well. And check out the "specialty" pool. It offers wave resistance for walking and even a water slide! Is this fun or what?

Chris Ann, I so like that the accessibility for this facility is for a wide array of people. Thanks for your excellent photos to go along with the post as well.
Chris Ann...
What a wonderful facility for area residents. Looks like a bargain, too!
Wow...I love the pools too! Sounds like a reasonably priced facility.
Gary: We had our Realtor Conference there yesterday. In some down time I walked around and took some photos and got some info. I have always been curious about what's in there, and I figured others would be too.
Richard: It really does offer so much. I forgot to mention that they have daycare too!
Chastity: I was definitely impressed when I saw the pools. We were there for our Realtor Conference yesterday...if I'd known how awesome this place was, I'd have brought my swimming suit.
