Hi Diane, A smart new little listing indeed. What a cute house. You can imagine what we would thinking here in CA. A house of under $500K. Really. Where ? You are in such a beautiful area and what is sad is that people out here ( most at least) do have the land  to just breath the fresh air and to be able walk on their own lawn. I miss it a lot and one day like you, may return.
