March is one of the most glorious times of year to live in the greater Houston area. This picture was taken in March when the Azaleas are in full bloom, the skies are bright blue, and the temperatures are in the 70's-80's. What a perfect time to live here. It more than makes up for July and August when it does get pretty hot here. Katy is a suburb of Houston and is located 28 miles due west from downtown Houston. It offers great subdivisions, outstanding top-rated KISD school district and great people. Sugar Land is on the south/west side of Houston, and offers so much also that Money Magazine ranked Sugar Land as the 3d top small city in the US to live in.
