OK so you want some tips for getting your short sale moving along faster?
Here are 5 for other agents and their customers
1) Use a Realtor/Sales Associate. I have yet to see a bank allow a short sale without it being listed for sale by an expert. Besides the fact that the banks want the most amount of exposure in order to get the best price. An agent will truly help the transaction run smoothly from start to finish making sure all i 's are dotten and all t's are crossed.
2)Move out.
3)Make sure to complete the package given to you by your agent. Without this the short sale process will be held up.
4) Get an offer on your home!
5) Talk to your CPA about tax issues
