Referrals do work! Executed one tonight!

Referrals work, I just executed a contract tonight thanks to a referral.

There is nothing  better than having another agent refer to you a fantastic customer...nothing better than having a qualified buyer...nothing better than dealing with another astute agent.

Yes, things are tough out there, however, people continue to have to relocate for jobs. People continue to relocate for family situations (retirement, family, and such).

Having other agents trust you, give you referrals...and trust you do seal the deal seem to be few and far between. 

I received a referral from another agent on the west coast of Florida about 3 weeks ago...Tonight I was able to close the deal and help the other agent who was not familiar with the east coast of Florida.

It was a pleasure.

People are still out there who want to buy, forget the media, forget that the mortgages are not there. They are and if you need one, call me.

Realize, the media are not real estate agents, they READ the NEWS, they don't work as TRIED AND TRUE PROFESSIONAL REAL ESTATE AGENTS.

When the anchors stop reading the SAD news, and let US AS REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS do our jobs...that in a nut shell will help the market to change.

After all 16% of the US will make job changes this year...and I for one will be glad to help.

Ditto .. I have picked up 3 or 4 great Referral from active rain.. (do not read that I have not need more) I think that warm hand shake between agents only ads to success.
