Project Blogger Day Three Ends at 12:14 AM... An Early Night LOL

Hi All,

Day three is in the bag and I am pooped!  The new skin was added to my site Route66Living.com for everyone's opinion.  The photo in the header is temporary and should be replaced tomorrow.

Today was my board's Caravan day and, as usual, I went.  I learned more about PTT or Personal Transfer Taxes and will post about those later.  I also learned more about credit scores and how they are compiled.  Fascinating stuff.  I also got to see a wonderful home in covina that was built in 1918.  Next year, after my blogging has helped to make my business even more successful I will be able to afford a home like this, I hope.

As far as my Project Blogger exploits are concerned, in some ways, today was the least busy one I have had in the last 12 days.  I do need to learn how to see the traffic information on the site.  I am learning more and more daily from the book Realty Blogging by Richard Nacht and Paul Chaney and I highly recommend it to anyone who is blogging, thinking about blogging or thinking about thinking about blogging.

I have also spent a good bit of time reading other folks blogs to get an idea of what others are doing and how they are doing it.  I still find it hard to believe that I had not discovered this wonderful world sooner.

I have also become something of a blogging evangelist myself.  I have been telling everyone I meet, in or out of the Real Estate industry about this fantastic site and tool that I have found.  I have been inviting everyone I can think of to join and have even started helping my friends to set up their own Active Rain sites.  In fact, I spent a couple of hours sitting in a local Denny's with another Realtor friend helping him learn everything I can show him about the site and how to use it.

Tomorrow promises to be a very busy day.  I have 20 more homes to farm, a bazillion phone calls to make, a boatload of note cards to write, an office meeting to attend and a whole bunch of photos of my local community to take for inclusion in my site.

There will also be a networking mixer hosted by my office Keller Williams Professional Group Claremont/La Verne at Chili's in La Verne.  Happy Hour For Happy Agents starts at 4 PM and if you are in the neighborhood, please stop by, say hi and tell them that you were invited by me on Active Rain.

Until tomorrow friends, thank you for all of your interest and support.  Oh, and please remember that as this process goes along, you are welcome... encouraged actually to ask any questions you might have.  The more we learn together, the better off we all are.

Take care, help lots of people and have a wonderful day!
