A friend asked if I would help out with a bathroom remodel project.  Knowing I was busy with real estate deals, I wasn't given a deadline.  Looking at the before and after pictures you can see the wait was well worth it.  Nothing too fancy here as this was going to be the boys bathroom.  We knew there was some water damage, but after demolition it became apparent how extensive.  the toilet leaked, the sink leaked, and the tub shower wall leaked.  All that equaled a lot of extra work.

Owner was happily referring a couple more real estate deals to me as well.  I think my motto would be if you like my remodel work, you should use my real estate services which are far better!

Seriously though, there is more to real estate than knowing how to fill out contracts.  Understanding how a house works... why it's plumbed the way it is, where electrical wires are run, what holds it up, what needs to be maintained regularly, etc are just some of the areas I have knowledge in and am able to help clients better understand what they are buying and selling.
