We just sold/lease optioned a $370k home for an owner. This home had been listed for sale for $350k with no sale for over 6 months before owner contacted us. Tenant has put down $18k, or 5% non refundable down payment and will lease home for 18 months. After 18 months, tenant will be buying home outright for $370k. Win/win situation. Oh, and another thing: There is 8 other homes for sale right now on this street and all are taking price reductions to get their home sold. Put money in your pocket by marketing your home the right way in these challenging times.

Congrats on the sale.  We can't do Lease Options in Texas, only attorneys can.  I can't say I know a single seller who is willing to "trust" a buyer like that these days, but more power to you if it works in your market!

Congrats. We have noticed a trend in this up Interstate I-65 in NW Indiana. We have a few of these lease purchases pending as well.
