One of the best things about Austin is the incredible diversity of culture, ethnicity, and philosophical paradigms. I love this city because it feels like a middle size city with a lot of character. Watching Austin grow over the last few years has been phenomenal, lots of new commercial development to support the residential infrastructure, transportation options are now coming to the forefront and there seems to be a deep consciousness of preservation of the ideology of this town.
After having weathered the High Tech bust this town has thrived on a diverse job market that continues to see growth and expansion. I believe that the life of this city will continue to mature and grow over the next few years. Putting the current economic issues aside for the country, it is still a healthy thriving place to be.
