Denise Shockey Cocoa Beach Brevard County Real Estate

I told Denise the next time we visit Jeff's Grandma in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, we will take her up on the invitation to see her Dad's Band Play in Cocoa Beach, FL! Her husband is a local Sheriff, (and Jeff has a background in law enforcement) - so it would be fun!

Denise is one of the Most Courteous Professionals I have had the pleasure to correspond with on AR !

 

Our Friend to The West :

Terry Rasner-Yacenda, ABR, GRI

In a Real Estate Market that's not supposed to be so good - This lady is smokin!

With over 50 closings so far this year ( and a few months to go yet ) this is someone Jeff & I would like to not only meet but pick her brain about a few things as well!

She has vertical focus and never takes the credit horizontally :) I hope we have a chance to meet her soon...Her husband wrote several books on skiing and, GOD willing,  we just may be heading out west to do just that this season!

Hi Jeff and Grace!

The two of you are so kind and warm and absolutely wonderful....I'm so honoured and feel so lucky to have gotten to know you here on AR and hope to one day be able to meet you both in person.

I'm in the middle of tying up a bunch of loose ends tonight and then going out of town first thing in the morning until Sunday, however I promise to pass the friendship ball on when I return.
