Last week I attended the 13th Annual Luxury Real Estate Conference in Philadelphia. Chase International was bestowed with two notable awards: Best Web Site Innovation for "ChaseNation.com” and election to the Billionaires Club. I was one of only four named to the Billionaires Club, an honor given to real estate professionals who have sold more than $1 billion during the course of their careers. To be recognized as one of the top producing luxury real estate professionals among my industry peers is certainly an honor and a milestone in my career.
The other Realtors® joining me in the Billionaires Club include Patricia Petersen of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty (Long Island, NY), Bob Melvin of Gasparilla Properties, Inc. (Boca Grande, Florida), and Catherine Jones Coburn of Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate (Vail, Colorado).
My fellow Brain Trust colleague, Lois Schneider from Summit, New Jersey received the "Lifetime Achievment Award." She is a legend and has a company with just one office and one mission: superb service.
Nearly 200 luxury property experts convened to discuss strategies for a changing market and review reports on current market conditions and indicators. The keynote speaker, Niurka, a peak performance coach and NLP trainer focused on "The Power of Masterful Communication."
The overall assessment is that change leads to opportunity. Keep your eyes open and recognize when opportunity knocks. It's time to make changes. Ask yourself, "what can I do today to attract even more opportunity in my life?"
