The weekend has arrived and so have the cooler temperatures.  Upper 70's for downtown LA.  Just another perfect day in the southland.

 The market continues to carry on in its schizophrenic ways...  Real estate sales forecast to increase as prices drop... And President Bush has assured Americans that the economy will bounce back in the long run.

 What else do we need to know?  There are some things we sometimes need to remind ourselves. 

1. America is the best country in the world.
2. We've overcome obstacles much larger than the ones we are currently facing.
3. People risk life and limb to get to America because it's where your life is you own and you can make it what you want it to be.

 We should all step back and count our blessings amid all the doom and gloom news that's out there.  Remember, we are the fortunate ones!  Stay positive.
