home sale. In this particular situation the seller had a timeline and it worked out perfectly. It was
a high-spirited closing with lots of laughter and all parties left feeling terrific about the transaction, with thank yous and hugs all around.

Gail, I know Windover Farms well. I remember it when it was all brand new and just the woods. Congratulations on your sale. Great point about effective pricing.

Thanks Gary- It's kinda fun having you out there in A|RLand knowing my terrain. Were you an Astronaut or Titusville High schooler? I seem to remember you saying Titusville High! My hubby flies radio control with a couple of retired teachers from Astronaut....shucks!!! LOL

Hi Gail-I can see why that house sold. It is gorgeous. I love the orange tree in the yard. That would be a real treat. I bet they are nothing like store bought,like with tomatoes. It is so immaculate and it just sparkles. I love the screened porch. Talk to you again.

Oh my gosh Pat - CLEAN!!! you have no idea. The owner spent 2 days cleaning like the closing depended on it. Thing is, her house is always spotless. Once I carefully suggested that the smell of bleach wasn't always a favorite with the lookers. But Marylin couldn't help herself, things just had to be perfect. I certainly never worried about what condition the house might be in. I know I've never bought a house as clean as hers - lucky buyer :-)
