I am reading a book by Joel Osteen called Become a Better You. An excellent book with some wonderful admonitions, for sure! Near the end of the book he tells of his father stating he would rather shoot high and miss than aim low and hit the target. Good advice, for sure!
In real estate, especially the Viera Suntree and Rockledge Florida market, if you are a seller, aiming high will not work if you are looking to sell.
Homes in Brevard County seem to be selling for about 93% of the list price. Buyers expect some negotiation. But... if you price your property correctly initially your potential buyers will know that. At least they will if their real estate agent is knowledeable of the market!

Joel Osteen's an excellent motivator. Good for you, to be taking steps to better yourself and your business. Our pastor liked one of Joel's first books. I can't remember which one it was.
