Waukesha County has experienced a down market this year as compared to last year. Sales are down about 15% from the 2007 numbers.
New listings are up over 10%. The market seems to be in a decline for pricing of homes.
This indicates the market is bottoming out. If you are looking to purchase this may be the best time!
Current inventory is 2376 homes on the market. This means that there is more than 11 months of inventory on the market currently indicating that it is still a "buyers market" in the marketplace.
