Lido Island Market Trends - Newport Beach

Lido Island is a unique area of Newport Beach which features Newport Beach luxury homes. With bayfront homes with boat slips, and luxury homes located on stradas, Lido Island has it all. The residents of Lido Island enjoy a private club located on the bay of Newport Harbor. There is a private swimming area and beach right on the island, and the children enjoy swimming in the harbor. Great market report and stats and overview on Lido Island Sharon. I didn't realize it had that many homes on it. Quite large.

Sharon: I had NO idea there were 900 homes on Lido Island!!! Your reports are great. I THINK you should do a how-to on making those...because MANY of us would so appreciateit. This type is so much better than regular spreadsheets. "I'll be waiting...." LOL

Hi Sharon: Wow, I can spend all afternoon on your blog looking at photos of Newport Beach because they make me homesick. I used to have my real estate office on Lido Isle, a few steps down from where Imperial Bank used to be. I rented the upstairs from a lawyer who had the downstairs. Even the most challenging days of real estate were made more bearable by staring out the window at the bay.
