Hi Sara - Did you ever think we would see prices like this again? It isa great time to buy, but I think buyers will need to see the stock market stabilize some before they are confident that their new home investment will not be further eroded along with their IRA's and 401K's. I've been through bad markets before and been personally affected. In the end....this too shall pass!
