Lido Island is a man made Island located in the harbor of Newport Beach, California. The only way to the this small community is a small bridge or by boat. Presently there are 27 active listings on Lido ranging from $1,435,000 to $10,995,000. The average price sold on Lido as of today is $3,223,750. Not too shabby! I had noticed the increase in pricing on Lido so I checked back at reports I have to see what sales were back in 2005 when Real Estate was at it's peak. The average price for Lido then was $2,639,000 which means that with all the changes in the real estate market Lido Island proves to be a gold mine! Lido Island is up 16% COMPARED TO 2005!!!
