Upon stipulation of the parties and good cause appearing, the Court finds:

1. The copyright in the materials used in the Craig Proctor Quantum Leap Real Estate system is owned by Plaintiff Craig Proctor Productions, Inc.

2. The copyright in the materials used in the Craig Proctor Twelve Month Coaching Program is also owned by Plaintiff Craig Proctor Productions, Inc.

3. The copyright in the materials used in the Craig Proctor Platinum Program is owned by Plaintiff CP Coaching, Inc.

4. Defendant Top Agent Systems is not authorized to use Plaintiffs' copyrighted works for any commercial purposes.

5. Defendants Jeff and Marsee Wilhems are not authorized to use Plaintiffs' Copyrighted Works for teaching others or for publication on the Internet.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, Defendant Top Agent Systems, LLC, its officers,

agents, servants, employees and those persons in active concert or participation with it

who receive actual notice of this Order by personal service or otherwise are prohibited and

enjoined, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 65 and 17 U.S.C. § 106, from reproducing, preparing

derivative works based upon, distributing to the public or performing or displaying

publicly the materials used in the Craig Proctor Quantum Real Estate System, the Craig

Proctor Twelve Month Coaching Program or the Craig Proctor Platinum Program (the

"Copyrighted Materials");

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, Defendant Top Agents Systems, LLC has no license

or authorization to use the Copyrighted Materials for any commercial purpose, including

publication on www.topagentinstitute.com or any other electronically accessible location,

or in connection with any real estate business or real estate agent training;

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, for purposes of enforcing this injunction, that

Defendant Top Agent Systems, LLC shall provide to a representative designated by

Plaintiffs full access to any materials used in Defendants' real estate agent training,

whether in print or electronic format, and will not publish, sell, distribute or otherwise

transfer or disclose any materials identified by Plaintiffs' representative as a copy or

derivative of the Copyrighted Materials. Access pursuant to this paragraph shall be

provided within ten (10) days of entry of this Order.

STIPULATED INJUNCTION

This person "The Truth" who is on every blog site is obviously related to Craig or works for him. If not, you sure give me that impression. Look at all the negative comments "The Truth" makes. They are all against Jeff's program and not Craigs and they are on every site I visit. Probably isnt even a Realtor. Because of that I feel there must be some type of association. Therefore I am going to invest in Jeff's program. I already tried the 300 pages of "STOP!" or" Warning" call this 1-800 number for your free report from the other so called real estate gurus out there and time has worn that tactic out. If you (The Truth) can't post your name then stay off the blogs. Your comments are worthless and hold no weight because you dont want anyone to know who you are. Also, the injunction doesn't charge Jeff with anything it just says that he can't copy Craig's system. I have tried many of the old systems and in todays faultering market a new approach is needed. My next stop is to find out how many home's Jeff's wife has sold this year. That will be the only testimony I need. In 2008 my sales crumbled in half because of the economy and also because I moved to a different area and started over from scratch. Now I am doing heavy advertising to try and build my business back up. I am always open to new ideas and tools that help create more business. Jeff's site sounds promising and I hope it is everything I expect. If it is a waste of money I will post my feedback on every real estate I can. If it helps my business I will recommend it on every site. I have been a Realtor for 19 years and have adopted many successful technics from many differnt avenues including my own. I went to a Craig Proctor free seminar in Glendale, CA in Sept 2009 and bought the system for $295.  I was then able to visit the website and listened to all the many videos but couldn't figure out how to get started.  Fortunately a rep called me to follow up.  Told her I wanted to see examples of success websites.  She gave me the website address and boy were the examples busy and terrible examples to show.  I then asked her for Craig's personal website that consumers go to.  She didn't know it so gave me Quantum Leap phone number (1-800-538-1034).  I called them and left a message for James (I believe he is the one on the videos) plus sent him an email requesting website address for Craig's personal website.  That was on 10/2/09 and I'm still waiting.    I don't think he was one or someone would have given it to me.

I don't recommend buying his system.  I feel I wasted my $295. And there isn't a money back guarantee if you don't like his system.  Once you pay, there isn't even a 24 hour change of mind.

In the meantime, I've discovered another company called Advanced Access that has templates and articles and links.  Everything you need done for you.  I've been working with Bridgett Ziemann and she is great.  I am a novice at this and she is very patient with me.

Well, well, well..........how sad if anyone reading this blog takes the word of others who have tried and failed at Craig's Quantum Leap System. Craig Proctor has changed our lives and our careers by leaps and bounds. We went from selling 10-12 homes in a year, to 20 the first year with Craig, 42 the next and 75 last year.
