Cathy - thanks, we'll see how I do with all this technology stuff when I'm there live and all I have is my laptop, camera, flip video, and mp3 recorder. Should be interestng, there's no stopping it now.... LOL~
Steve - these are some of the cooler toys if you ask me, they allow us to interact with the post from a mobile location, we'll see how it all works out. Thanks. :-)
Christina - I'm sure we'll be learning some really cool stuff at this event, I'm happy to share it with those of my friends who can't be there, or make it for one reason or another. Should be an interesting event, I hope ALL THE STUFF IN THIS POST WORKS. I'm getting ready to shut everything down and head out first thing in the morning. Brad- I can't come to REBar camp cause I got this terrible commenting disorder and it just might be contagious and I wouldn't want to be responsible for spreading it to such a wicked funny, funny guy like yourself. (you think I missed that comment you left me on your last post didn't ya)I left you a equally good one back. ~ lol ~ Hey, I'm in rare form tonite(this commenting disorder of mine is getting worse) so I just had to stop over and say hi and wish you a safe trip, unless you're there already there. I'll have to check it out from the far away place in VA. This is what staying up til 3 in the morning does for me. See what Active Rain has done for me. I used to be a sane, balanced woman who had everything under control and then I met all these special folks here" in the rain" and my sanity went out the window and I just can't stop talking with my fingers. HELP!!!!! All the technology stuff is making my head spin. I can see the headline now. "Woman in VA goes crazy after joining AR" lol. What a way to go. Have fun my friend. I'll be watching!!!
Lisa - very excited to meet you...finally, as well. Twitter from the cell has some great benefits, I'll show you a couple tricks when I see you. Be safe, see ya there.
Amanda - boy are you in for a surprise! Can't wait to meet you, when you come out of REBarCamp, you'll never make a comment like that again, you'll be the Queen of Social Media and technology....well, at least you'll be alot more educated for sure! LOL~
Terry - I just hope all this stuff works once I get there. (leaving in 6 hours for the airport) I have never tried live TV feeds before, we'll cross our fingers and see what happens. Thanks for checkin back with us evey so often. Call me if you see anything CRAZY go up here that might not belong! LOL ~ :-O
Pat - if I didn't have to hit the hay right now, I'd leave you a BIG long response, but I need to get some rest for my flights tomorrow. Gotta tuck in kids, give wifey kisses, you know, all that stuff, so I gotta run now, but do check back and I'll be commenting and updating this a ton more over the next few days. Brad I had the best time meeting you and Rich and the two of you are an amazing duo! I learned more today than I could have ever imagined and wanted to thank you for all the help and advice. Brad, I was so impressed with the REBar Camp. I hope they continue across the country. I had no idea what I was going to or what to expect but I LOVED the format. I'm big on continuing education and since I'm not with an office I'm constantly trying to keep myself educated. This was wonderful and such a treat not to have to pay.
By the way I wrote you all a 21st century thank you note on my blog. Thanks for coming!!
I'm bummed that the last 3 videos I did of Rich teaching the 11 habits of effective Bloggers didn't come out that good. The video is fine but the audio is horrible, you can't even hear him. So if you do click play on the "Utterli" widget in this post, I apologize for the last 3 of 18 that were added. Everything else came out fairly decent.
Brad, thanks for sharing with those of us who couldn't attend. I hope there will be another one (here in Texas or Louisiana) soon...I wanna be there!!!!
I'm on the road yet again, got a 5 hour drive ahead, but will be back to post more and comment as soon as possible. The biggest one he's ever caught! :-)
Pippa - That secret door really got me good. I kekp seeing the sign (restrooms) and then could never find how to get to them....so I just held it! LOL Thanks to Michael Price, I was finally able to find relief behind the secret door. Too funny, had to video that onE. HAHA :-)

Pippa - I added the photos of Rich and "The Great Crab Capture" to the slide show above, I think he is going to be using one of them for his website, or outside Blog. Rich is the "KING" of the Crabs. :-)
Monika - we wish you and Jay could have been there, it was a really informative and fun event. Rich and I were honored to be a part of it and ActiveRain was proud to sponsor an event like this. Hopefully we'll get to see you at the NAR conference in a few weeks.
Amanda - you can call, but come Monday, I think it will all be announced on the AR feature board. Still hope you'll call anyway just to say hi. This next feature on AR will be one of the best features ever offered on ActiveRain. Sorry I couldn't let the cat out of the bag while we were there. Stay tuned....
Lisa - you are too funny, had you not helped us get to the event, you'd never have known about the new feature coming to AR next week. haha. Marchel - these REBarCamps have been successful in two major cities now and I have no doubt they will continue all across the country. It was nice to finally meet you in person. Brad, I wanted to tell you & Rich about a wonderful site to keep you from being lost in the future...it is called google maps...I believe they even have an application for that thing called an iPhone!
