fine dining establishment in Green
Bay Wisconsin Howard is it would hands down be
Chives!
Chives is located in
a historic building in
Suamico's
Vickery Village. If you like to enjoy a great
glass
of wine you will enjoy their world class wine list that offers
varieties in all price ranges and a full bar.
Chives has an amazing
atmosphere that will make for a perfect romantic dinner in
a quaint country setting. The menu boast's a wide variety of
choices from everything from burgers, daily sandwhichs, pasta features,
to fresh seasonal cuisine utilizing local ingredients at great prices.
J.R. Schoenfeld
the Executive Chef of Chives has a true passion for
creating
master pieces
with food. If you give J.R. the opportunity to
excite your taste bud's won't be disappointed.
- My
recommendations for cocktails: Old Fashion with Bleu Cheese stuff olives.
I personally didn't like olives or bleu cheese until my friend told me
I had to try them and now I have them all the time. Thanks

- The
appetizer's I would recommend are: Chicken and Goat Cheese
Wontons, Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, and The Trio.
- My favorite
main dishes at Chives are: Butternut Squash Ravoli,
Classic Steak Fritte, Angus Filet, Fish & Chips and the Roasted
Pork Tenderloin.
