Featured listings provide greater exposure to homebuyers and sellers
 
 
 Homes & Land, the affluent homebuyer’s marketplace, announced it has partnered with Yahoo! Real Estate and The Wall Street Journal’s RealEstateJournal.com to offer exclusive featured listings to its Realtor® advertisers.  The program which places featured listings at the top of the search results page provides increased exposure for home listings, which receive many more click-throughs than non-featured listings.
 
 “Home sellers engage Realtors® who are savvy marketers and expect their homes to be advertised in well-branded areas,” says Rob Wicker, Chief Marketing Officer for Homes & Land.  “Featured Listings are a vital tool in garnering qualified leads as well as an important way to show sellers their home is a top priority for their Realtor®.”
 
 The agreement allows Homes & Land Realtor® Advertisers to purchase featured listings on Yahoo! Real Estate and Spotlight Ads on the Wall Street Journal’s Real Estate section. Homes & Land’s also offers featured listings on HomesAndLand.com.

 Yahoo! Real Estate’s newly redesigned website showcases two featured listings per search based on qualifiers such as zip codes, cities, counties and price ranges. Yahoo! Real Estate is one of the largest and fastest growing real estate website and averages nearly five million unique visitors monthly. 
 
 The Wall Street Journal offers Spotlight Ads, similar to featured listings. Spotlight Ads are available for homes priced at $500,000 or more.  The Wall Street Journal’s real estate website is visited by nearly 800,000 unique visitors monthly.  
 
 Featured Listings can be purchased either as a stand alone or bundled with Yahoo! Real Estate or The Wall Street Journal. Homes & Land’s website HomesAndLand.com boasts nearly 1.5 million monthly unique visitors with affluent demographics including household incomes of $100,000 for 44 percent of their visitors.
