Not too long ago did I discover http://www.slide.com Actually, I made my first slide on August 26 and since then I have created 59! My goal was one a day and so far I'm three ahead. I use the slides for my listings, for sellers and buyers and for the various communities that I serve (mobile home parks in Canyon Country, Ca and surrounding areas).

Yes, that's right, I'm a mobile home specialist! Talk about niche marketing and for me, it works. Been doing it since October 2002 and even though it's not an easy business, I LOVE IT!

Jeff Turner, a very ACTIVE AR member has a great product called http://www.realestateshows.com and it is very elegant and affordable. Check it out. If you are on a strict budget, slide might be better for now.

There are other free slide show software out there but for me, slide is the easiest and quickest to work with. You can also incorporate Microsoft Publisher into it. I wish I knew how to do a perfect tutorial but I don't so this breif description is the best I can give you.

When in Publisher, open up your template of choice, play around with it by altering the sizes of the frames, alter the color, font etc. When done, click on File in your upper toolbar, hit "Save As" and when another window opens up, before typing in the name of your creation, hit the little grey arrow below, scroll down until you find .jpg and click on it.

Type in the name of your creation and hit save. Now it's time to open up a separate window and go on the internet. Sign up for slide (super easy) and click "create a slide". Upload your "stuff" faster by choosing that option. When another window opens up, go to your documents and find your creation, click on it, click on open and voila', there it is in slide.

Click the up-load button and then hit save. Go back into it again by hitting "edit this slide" and now choose your style, text size, text color and so on. When done, copy the code by highlighting it, go to your upper toolbar and click on page, then click on copy.

Open up another window, log into your website and paste it there. Done! Try it, you'll LOVE it! To see my slides, simply go to my website and click the button on the left that says PHOTO TOURS.

Question; For those of you that have created slides, would you mind posting a link in your comment so that we all can see your creations and which software you used. Thanks a bunch, time to take more pictures!
