Here in the south we have some interesting characters..sometimes too interesting. When I was at a local REALTOR function recently I saw some things that blatantly have to go! The way we dress is one thing. I"ve blogged before about unscrupulous hairdos for professionals. But what about vacuum packed pants and facial hair.
Now I know some of you guys and gals might be offended by this and that is not my intention (I'm actually making a funny statement). I was once told that having just a mustache for a man (or woman) was akin to looking like an outdated adult film star or a sportscaster and that they were the only categories that allowed facial hair and did not discriminate! Think twice about that stache guys!
But the goatee is fine. Mutton chops however..
not so good. And what the heck is a flavor savor...no don't answer that.
And ladies..pleezee. We know you once fit into those size 4 slacks. But if you're rear end has grown with the birth of each child, we do not need to see the Haynes label shine through your trouser behind! It's embarassing. And I saw wayyy too much of that this weekend from REALTORS. Now we can chide each other and be civil about it.
But our clients may not be so nice...just a thought!
