Sodo - Whats that? And how do I get one?

So What is SODO? Is it a new type of drink?

About Sodo (stands for South of Downtown Orlando)

Sodo expands the revitalization of Downtown Orlando southward transforming an industrial block into a thriving, urban activity center. Sodo seamlessly integrates marquee retailers, alongside luxury residential, office space, and restaurants.

Betcha didnt know this about the Orlando Market

Orlando, ranked the 27th fastest growing city by the United States Census Bureau, has witnessed five years of explosive growth and development with no end in sight. With an expected one million homes needed to support growth, Orlando will rank No. 4 in the United States for new housing development by 2030. Downtown Orlando is now one of the nation's development hotbeds.

But here is one of my favorite things about SODO is the new Super Target. Sorry I was trying to drive and take a photo with an iphone but here is what it looks like driving up to the Super Target which is massive and has a two story parking garage. Oh and take a look at the escalators that allow you to take your shopping cart with you. How cool. If you have been thinking about moving to the Downtown Orlando area, here is just another reason to make the move. Plus A rated schools. Lake Mary has nothing on Downtown Orlando plus you dont even need a car.

"Always work with a Realtor when selling a home. Would you hire a Realtor who has never sold a house before, knows nothing about real estate law, contract negotiation, or sales? Of course not – but that describes you. Don’t hire yourself – hire a real estate sales professional." ~ Ric Edelman

Cute blog. The title got me to read it but the content kept me. Are you saying that real estate is booming in Orlando right now?

Not sure I would call it booming but construction is still ongoing and development of communities is continuing. In the next 2-4 years we will have a new arena, performing arts center and our white collar job market is growing exponentially. While prices are down sales are still very strong.
