Renderings - Just another Marketing tool

I'm curious to know if there are any Realtors that specialize in New Home Sales and offer renderings and animations as a marketing service.

Renderings are a fantastic marketing tool, especially when selling something that the consumer cant see or touch.

Animations make a great sale tool as well, for animations visit www.renderings.com

Yes they look expensive, but going directly with free lance designers make this very affordable tool.

Hi Bruno_-I am happy to stumble on this post, I think this is a great tool and will be researching it further.

I have a few ideas and this may be the right avenue to take. I love AR!

 

( We own a Granite Fabrication business, slab selection all the way to cutting, polishing,installing etc...this would be cool to show a client the future kitchen etc.

I think the above post is accurate when they say youcan't sell what they can't see.  Now that software and hardware has come down you'll start seeing a lot of poorly done renderings becasue it never was/is the software eor hardware that makes the image... it is the artist.  So if you are looking for an illustrator make sure to see a portfolio and make sure the work belongs to them and now stolen from the internet.  I hope this helps someone.
