I'm Working It...ActiveRain Real Estate Vendors....Solicit Me....

This is one time I will not mind being solicited!

The Daytona Beach Assocation of Realtors will be hosting a Technology Fair for 4 of our Local Boards. We have booths available and guess what, IT'S FREE! Not only is it free for Vendors but all of the Realtors in our 4 local Boards.

So here is the catch, its a Technology Fair, we will only need Real Estate Technology Vendors (sorry). Yes, I know this is short notice but I recently joined the tech committee at our board and just found out today!

The Event is June 1st at the Plaza Resort in Daytona Beach, we have invited The West Volusia Board members, New Smyrna Beach and Flagler Board. It will be an all day affair. It is an opportunity to have the chance to be in front of 7,000 Realtors.

Anything that is related to Real Estate Technology will work, once I receive either an e-mail or phone call I will forward to the Technology Committee for approval. Just need to have someone man the booth.

Also if there is a point2agent distributor here, please contact me!

There will be seminars running all day! E-Pro, Transaction Desk, and Using the Internet in Real Estate are just to name a few.

If you are a Realtor or Mortgage Broker and you know someone please feel free to contact me!

Midori, I love how these fairs can point out great new stuff that's available. I attend the local ones whenever they're held. Good luck!

Maggie-I am really excited about our upcoming fair. I am proud to be a part of it! We are on such a tight time frame. Midori...You look so familiar. Have you ever spoken at REEA (real estate educators association) or attended their conference by any chance?

Monika-No but I inspire to! Right now I am studying for my Real Estate Instructor's License. I am ready to take what I do to the next level. That's why I watch you! No stalker here, I promise. Just want to watch a real pro in action. You inspire me....

I am not 100% if this would fit, but I can mail you 100 magazines and DVD's on Identity Theft if they can be displayed somewhere.

Midori...Thank you, stalk away. Maybe we can learn together. I'm expanding slowly. I'm taking the REBAC instructor certification in DC next month. Exciting and nerve wracking at the same time.

Monika-Yes I would love that, I do believe I could learn a thing or two from you! For the Florida exam there is no class, I attempted last year but I did not fair well and got intimidated. Now I am back to studying with a better perspective. Any pointers would always be welcomed!

Would you like to buy some lemonade?

Will you keep me company at this Technology Fair and sell the lemonade? Oh wait, you have a wedding, I guess I am on my own! Maybe I will get a flat stanley Neal Bloom doll and take it everywhere I go! That way you can go to your wedding and man the lemonade stand!

just catching up on my blog reading. This is something that we would normally jump at but all of my American staff and people that have visas to the US will be in Madrid for the SIMA conference until 2 June.

Florida is obviously a key future market for our type of services - real estate videos with narrations in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Contact me when you know when the next one is and our company will definitely participate.
