Yorktown Heights, Westchester County Real Estate. WHERE IS IT HEADED??

I wish I knew. We have had an up and down year so far. Last year up to this date we had 197 single family sales. This year we have had only 133, there are 21 homes in contract, for a "possible" 154 sales.

Down 22%

I don't think that is as bad as it could have been. Some areas are down almost 30%.

If intesrest rate remain low I think we will have a very good spring in Yorktown.

Also I am hopimg with the deals I know about that are about to go into contract, we should pick up about another 5-10 deals puting us at only a 17% reduction in sales.

I know a lot of the new listings here have come on the market at some very good prices and with the recent price reductions of old inventory. I think Spring will be pretty good.

Let's hope we are all prepaired for that new market.
