Nice home Cynthia.  You have become an expert on Active Rain.  Good Work. I have a question to ask you.  I noticed you have colored text in your blogs. I have written a document in word with color in it and it won't tranfer to my blog.  Is there a way you do this or something I don't know about.  I have copied and pasted and that did not work. THanks for any imput you may have.

Nice price per square foot - and new construction....In our area the builders are highly motivated to move specs and have stopped building all together except for presales..i hope your area is fairing better.
