Handrails, transition ramps, and plenty of steel coping outline the perimeter of the skating area. Many skilled skateboarders frequent this hotspot due to the variety this park offers. Purple Heart Park is home to three baseball diamonds, two playgrounds, skate park, walking trail, community swimming pool, and plenty of wide open space.
