It seems as if some members of Congress are looking to remove the capital gains taxes from investment and second home purchases.  This would be in an effort to clear up the glut of foreclosures on the market.  This would help all markets, even us in Outer Banks real estate.  Read more on Second stimulus package and capital gains.
