I have clients ask if there's any zero down mortgages left and the answer is "not many". There's a few local program like the "home in 5″ program but that runs out of money very quickly making it very difficult. One of my preferred lenders, Jeremy House, sent this over last night. It offers a great program here in Phoenix, Arizona that allows for a 1% down mortgage. Here's a few of the details-

With the evaporation of the Down Payment assistance programs, many home buyers have been left with little or no option when trying to obtain home financing.  We have good news!  Our team is now offering a loan program that requires only a 1 % down payment from home buyers. 

There are NO Geographic Restrictions AND the max household income in Maricopa and Pima Counties is $73,830.  The base product for this loan is an FHA loan.  The buyer is getting a 30 year fixed loan and is being underwritten using FHA guidelines.
