An effective post needs to be optimized for the search engines (google, Yahoo, MSN). Search engine optimization(SEO) works for blogs as well as websites. If not placed well by google, it will not have very much traffic, or generate any business.

SEO is not as hard as you might think. I have several posts by experts that are easy to follow, and will help your blogs.

The class went well, but we were sidetracked a little away from Seo and into Windows Live Writer, vidoes and pictures as well as wolfnet on the blog. I'll try to refocus on Tuesday, and show some more examples of what we need to do to make google appreciate our knowledge of the area.
