Blogging really does work!

WOW!  After posting my 1st blog, I rec'd 7 comments back!  People really do read what you write!

I was at my part time job today and e-mailing a customer about setting up an accnt and found out that she's a fellow REALTOR in Maryland w/C21! 

Gas here in the Valley is now 2.59!!!  It's come down $1 in the past month.  Unbelievable~lets hope all other things start to even out and our market picks back up with people feeling a little more secure with the home buying and selling process.

After working 2 years of floor duty @ my office, I have to give those first timer agents a bit of advice.  "It" will happen.  I had a floor call and that afternoon the gentleman came into the office and wrote and signed a purchase offer and it was ratified within 24 hours!  How often does that happen?
