Morris Cove New Haven CT - Fort Nathan Hale Park

This historic site is a 20 acre city park deeded to the State of Connecticut by an act of Congress in 1921 and was then turned over to the city of New Haven to maintain.

Within Fort Nathan Hale is Fort Nathan Hale Park and Black Rock Fort orginally built during the Revolutionary War period where visitors can tour a paritally restored Civil War facility and a Revolutionary Fort that was reconstructed in 1976 to commemorate the Bicentennial of our nation.

Donna.. This park is located in the Morris Cove neighborhood?  This is where you have/had a condo for sale, right?  This should entice people to move there.  To have a park near where they live is a great feature.

BTW.. How did the open house go on Sunday?

Vickie - It is definitely one of the nicer perks of living on the shoreline in CT.  We may have the water but the Colorado area has some of the most beautiful mountains I've ever seen.

Valerie - Are you having a senior moment? :-)  The condos I have  listed are in Jefferson Woods in Branford CT.  The park is where I spend a lot of time with my granddaughter.  She loves the playground and picking up shells and anything else she can find on the beach! :-)

Oh yeah and I had one person show up for the open house Sunday..:-(
