Only one closing, hmm.  Why do you think that is?  The town, taxes, prices?

Hi Laura - Sherman is a small town of just over 4,000 residents.  It is typical lately to only have about 2 - 5 closing per month in this town.  Unfortunately, one closing per month is becoming more common, though.
