I was working on a loan file today, when I suddenly realized that not everyone pays attention to the news.  I have been working on getting people not to focus on the negative media, it is not productive.  So one of my loan officers was questioning an underwriter for requirements she placed upon a clients application.  Granted, it was something that we used to ignore in the past, however it is a standard requirement now.  As I was listening to my LO plead her case, I found myself thinking "haven't you seen the news"?  WOW! That made me step back.

Now is a great time to buy.  Dont hesitate, conditions may not get any better than they are today.
