Help settle office cat fight.

I work in a small RE office there are seven agents in our office and we are one of 18 offices our broker has and we do not have any support staff. Our office is open 9am-5pm. We split "Floor time" to keep the office open and someone there to anser phones.  We are extremely slow  from Thanksgiving until the New Year and one agent suggested we change our office hours to 9:30 to 4:30pm for the holiday season. This has caused an office dispute. We all work by appointment of course. Approx. 10% of the business our office does is from floor time leads. Any suggestions? Would changing our hours be hurtful to our business?
