I am looking for a RE/MAX agent in Oceanside, CA to help a buyer client who's looking to buy at least two bedroom- and two bath-home between the price range of $400,000-900,000.  They are looking for a second/vacation home to retire to.  The property should be preferably single-level and with some ocean views if possible.  A 25% referral fee is requested.
