Everyone needs to have a little fun each day!  For me and the kids we like to put in a couple cd's and just dance around and be silly!  Of course I close the shades so the neighbors don't see us jumping all over. I say jumping because I don't know that my moves qualify as dancing.

My 5 year old is a better dancer then me.  I give it up to him. He has some moves.  The importance I want to mention is that we HAVE FUN.  It might just be for 15 minutes but we do this often and its great for us to do together. 

Music and dancing can help us FEEL GOOD.  The better we FEEL the better we DO.  Combining that with some FUN FAMILY time makes for a successful time period in that day. 

Thus, this is my suggestion for a TRIPLE PLAY... HAVING FUN, FAMILY TIME and FEELING GOOD all come out of this activity.  So dance with your kids!
